顺便说一句，翻译前几篇文章只用了几个小时，翻译这六句话我倒念叨了好几天，结果也还是不甚满意，略有勉强。

我想，让更多有此类爱好的人，更多翻译一些这样的作品，应该不失为一个好主意。我觉得这是对翻译的更高层次的要求。

而且comfort zone翻成安乐窝好理解很多。我老是被英文的字眼束缚住，想不到那种中文里面相对应的熟悉的字眼。

my understanding of the sentence is that, we may have different interpretation of regulations. in an unfavorable way, the document is a must, and in a favorable way, i.e. not very strict way, the document is not necessarily needed. i just don't know how to express the meaning in a short Chinese sentence, so i change the meaning a little bit.
