Inverted bonsai lamp

The lamp is just like a completely converted bonsai. I was not used to it when I first saw it, for it is heavier in the top. I thought it was a pendant lamp but actually is a bench lamp. How it stands? The bulb and plastic lampshade can be hold by the iron branches below, in which electric wire can hide.
