In a lot of countries, local regulators require that all modifications such as these on the original vehicile have to be approved and inspected by the automobile authority before they are allowed to be driven on the road so that, the drivers, passengers and the general public will not be put at risk. These cars are only for show or parade as commented by Francis. If they have to be driven on the road, I think a road escort needs to be arranged. Having said that, they are interesting looking vehicles. The owner must be putting a lot of time and resources into it. Personally, it is not the way I would spend my spare time.
