Ha ha, I guess with the traffic jam in Indonesia, the police won't need much of a speed to catch up with offenders. Sometimes, running is probably faster than cars over there in peak hours.
By the way, you might like to correct the spelling of Australia to Austria. The word "Polizei" is German which is the language they use in Austria. English is the official language in Australia and the police uses Holden - A General Motors' car.
