3 Massive Rooms in a Period House with a Garden (Camden Islington Holloway, Price: £535pcm)

We have 3 rooms becoming available in our massive house in Islington. Moving in dates are flexible towards the end of April to mid May. We have either 3 massive rooms or two and a good sized single depending on when Dave makes his mind up with which one he wants. The doubles are £535pm and the single will be £380. Bills are not included Council tax is £30pm gas and electric come to about £20pm roughly and wireless internet is £5. The house is an amazing 4 storey period home the ground floor is the massive kitchen and dining area a separate living room and a laundry room for the washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 7 bedrooms and two bathrooms but it never feels crowded because it s so big and it s rare that everyone is home all at the same time. We also have a great garden which is amazing in the summer there s a Bbq described by argos as being big enough to cook 48 pieces of chicken although we ve yet to fully put that to the test. Apparently we also have some angry badgers and a hammock which is probably what they re all fighting about because it s pretty cool. Travel wise we are a 6 minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station (picadilly line) and a stones throw from bus stops for 29 253 279 91 and 393. Camden Kings Cross are about 10 minutes away Highbury Islington and Angel are also easy to get to. We are 4 English guys in our mid 20s we all do different jobs we all have other friends but spend a lot of time doing stuff together and want people to come in and be friends not just housemates. We love going to our atrocious local which is so bad it s come full circle to become probably the best pub in North London. But we also go out in other places occasionally like Camden Angel Farringdon Shoreditch etc. We have many interests between us including films music (all sorts rock indie electro break hip-hop but we re obviously not talking about Nickleback) cider roller discos pub quizzes and talking rubbish. Things we don t like include Tv and Boris Johnson. We previously had a mixed house and would like to keep the balance right so are ideally looking for girls to move in. We are looking to show people round as soon as possible and then draw up a shortlist of people to meet again in the pub where we will grill you shallow grave style.
