We were a Lovely house hold of six but sadly one of the housemates decided to move in with her boyfriend to sunny Spain so we have a room up for grabs. The people staying in the house are 3 boys (2 Greeks 1 Spanish) and 2 Girls (1 Swedish 1 English) aged between 23 and 30 and we are missing our last housemate. The room is the biggest in the house on the ground floor facing at the front. It has a double bed a chest of drawers and a closet. There is also wireless internet in the house. The rent is £312 per month paid in advance with a months rent deposit. We are looking for someone to move in on the 18th of June. We are looking for a Girl (trying to keep the boy-girl balance alive) with a Job close to our age range who We Can Connect With. Last thing we want is having a house filled with antisocial people or strangers that feels like a hotel. We are a Smoking House so if you have a problem with people smoking now and again in common areas then the house is probably not for you. We are no cleaning freaks but we do like a Tidy Place where no alien life forms grow in dirt so if you are a dirty or messy slob that cant clean after yourself you probably don t need to contact us. And someone that can pay their bills on time with not much hassle would be great. The house has wooden floors fitted with no carpets a living room facing our beautiful garden where we are having plenty of Barbeques a roof terrace a kitchen dining room with two fridges a cooker and a washing machine a basement for storage and two bathrooms. It is in the 2nd zone next to Finsbury Park 5 minutes from Manor House tube station (picadilly line) 4 minutes from Haringey Green Lanes railway station (silver link) and 2 minutes from the bus stop with the buses 141 (Newington Green Old Street Moregate Bank London Bridge) 341 (Angel Waterloo that s a 24 hour bus) and 29 N29 (Camden Town Euston Totenham Court road Leister sqr Trafalgar sqr There are plenty more busses to all sorts of places around the tube stop. There is Sainsburys Homebase Argos and a Royal Mail depot 3-5 minutes away plus loads of (late evening) cheap Turkish grocery stores 5 more minutes away up on Green Lanes. The Rent Does Not Include Bills. Bills are more or less between £40 and £60 a month but that is not set to stone depending on how much we use everything the price might change.
