A typical winter lunch for me: butter lettuce, arugula, castelfranco, tomatoes, cooked beets, canned chick peas, and jarred white asparagus. Dressed with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Nothing fancy, but still delicious. Share This
