This weekend, after my training, I stopped by Vitamin Cottage to pick up a few things. I was hungry, because all I had to eat was shake 2 hours before, and shakes don’t really fill me up very well. I was looking in the snack bar section and came across the Clif bars, which I already love! I saw a new one called “Dipped Mojo” and of course anything dipped in chocolate sounds good to me! I looked at the Nutrition Facts and it actually looked pretty good. A fair amount of protein, good amount of carbs and low sugar. I picked one up and gobbled it up in the car. It was very tasty! Of all the snack bars, I usually prefer the Clif bars, due to their “organic” labelingm, great variety and amazing taste! I prefer the Clif Builders (higher in protein), the Original Clif Bar (good for energy) and the Clif Mojo bars (for something sweet and salty).
