 Wordpress会经常不定期的更新，这有好的一面，但也有让人恼人的一面，那就是每次推出更新版本后，用户都要进行一次手动更新操作，感觉特麻烦。不过，我最近发现了一个不错的WP插件，可以很方便帮助你升级Wordpress。

PS：前段时间我就曾提到过，我的WP后台巨慢，前几在转换PHP4到PHP5时终于发现了问题原因，原来是其中某个插件惹的祸，怀疑是©Feed 或All in One SEO Pack，现把这些插件升级到最新版后解决了此问题，所以如果你也碰到了相同问题的话，不妨试试这个办法。 Technorati : wordress
