Monthly Feature: My Favourite Twitter Rejuvenation Tips For June:
In case you don’t know “twitter” allows me 140 spaces to write a quick note. That’s why my rejuvenation tips are short, sweet and to the point. It’s an easy way for you to grab some inspiration on the run.
All tips which I highlight each month speak strongly to me, and I am trusting that just one or possibly more does the same for you.
Sometimes in life we simply need to be reminded to snack right, slow down our breathing, have a big stretch, spend some time alone or release some pressure from our head. So if you are feeling a little flat, have a quick glance at the rejuvenation tips below and see if any jump out at you.
Ten Rocking Rejuvenation Tips For June:
1: Rejuvenate You: Swap one cup of tea or coffee a day for a delicious mug of miso soup. It is highly nutritious and can be made in an instant.
2: De-stress: Place both hands on your heart. Breath in and out of your heart for 10 seconds. This will allow you to disconnect from any drama around you and come back to your center.
3: Strengthen Your Boundaries: Love yourself enough to say no to others’ demands on your time and energy. Step back & reassess the situation.
4: Treat Yourself Right Now: Grab your favourite lotion or oil and indulge your sense of touch by passionately massaging your hands, fingers, palms & wrist for the next 5 minutes.

6: Deep breathers tend to live longer. They are also healthier and more relaxed in their lives. Take three deep, gentle slow breaths right now. Never force.
7: I love this short and simple statement: Breath Is The Movement Of Thought. I bet you are observing the rhythm of your breath right now and seeing if it matches the energy pattern of your thoughts.
