Life is transcient and unpredictable, filled with difficulties.
When faced with all kinds of difficulties and hardships in life, some people come through them and become more tenacious, while some other people feel hopeless and become slaves to fate. How does it happen? The reason for the disparity is that the former have strong resilience in their minds. It is also true when it comes to the institutions--some are unable to recover after a setback, but to others, the more they suffer, the stronger they become.
Many people who have suffered great calamities have queer ideas that they are lucky to encounter those misfortune and disasters. And some of them grow stronger and feel more contented, feeling so calm and optimistic that they have never felt before. No matter how cruel the reality is, just let bygones be bygones, what we need to do is to embrace a new life with enthusiasm.
Individuals and companies with great resilience have three main charateristics. First of all, be brave and keep calm instead of being blindly optimistic. Only in this way can we endure the difficulties and hardships we encounter. Secondly, be positive to search for the truth of life. Do not give up even at a hard time. We must have unswering belief so that we will not be defeated by the difficulties and hardships, and still, be able to the positve side of life. Thirdly, be flexible and make use of the existing conditions to solve problems. Those companies who can survive the hardships and adversities often regard problem-solving ability as the core skills.
