Rejuvenate You:
As I refine the content for my upcoming 2 day rejuvenation retreat here in Queensland, Australia I find myself becoming more and more passionate about rejuvenation. I’m sleeping, breathing, reading, eating and hanging out with rejuvenation 24/7. It’s my new best friend.

It’s All About You:
Rejuvenation is all about understanding how you interact and exchange energy with the world around you at a deeper level.
It’s about being mindful of all your energy exchanges, noticing your energy suckers immediately and having a little bag of tricks up your sleeve to correct imbalances and get the flow moving again. In addition it’s about accumulating and expanding your life force energy on a daily basis. Now that’s got to be good.
As part of my plan to connect us all to the importance and bigger picture of rejuvenation I have devised five simple questions as a rejuvenation tool.
I encourage you to ask yourself the five following questions and over the next few weeks I’ll be exploring and expanding on each one a bit more. Today I am simply sowing the seed as this allows your own unique and honest responses to float to the surface.
Rejuvenation Question One:
Who or what is depleting my energy?
Rejuvenation Question Two:
How can I strengthen my boundaries?
Rejuvenation Question Three:
How can I bring balance back into my body and mind, simply and easily?
Rejuvenation Question Four:
How can I accumulate and expand my life force energy
Rejuvenation Question Five:
How can I rejuvenate my spiritual energy?
My Personal Weakness Is Question Two:
Being a Libran, we’re big on keeping the peace, love having everyone happy and as a result have trouble saying the N word. No.
My weakest boundaries are around my children. I’m a bit of a push over and will do anything for them even if it’s impractical or inconvenient for me. A turn around however, happened this morning when I developed a bit of a cold.
In the past I would get up out of bed and soldier on, however today I just didn’t get up. My body wanted and more importantly deserved more rest.
My boys all got themselves organized and off to school and the eldest off to work. I actually didn’t even ask them. There was no drama, no rushing, no upset.
Wow, I was impressed, both with my boys and myself for staying in bed and nurturing my body and spirit. Rejuvenation is one simple step at a time.
