This extension low table is much more than what it looks like. The fixed part is white in colour and is made up of lacquered oak and the portion that can be extended is in oak stained wenge. There is a large storage area when the table is extended and a CD/DVD hanger is also integrated to the storage area. The colour combination of the table is very interesting and contrast, which shows the extended area when opened. It can be moved easily with the help of the wheels attached to it. When the CUB8 is not open it cannot be moved but as soon as the storage area is exposed it can be moved from one place to another.
Designer Davide Varotto has so sensibly created this product that you can store away the magazines, books, CD and DVD quite easily and comfortably. The storage area almost gets doubled when the table is opened and the smooth finish of the product makes it all the more attractive. The dimension of the tabletop is 70 x 70 cm x 39 cm H and that of the extended table is 131 x 70 cm x 36 cm H. The price of this wonderfully designed CUB8 is £1168.34 vat included.
