None of my business: as a manager it is always your responsibility for whatever happens in your company, even a very trivial thing. If the thing is beyond your obligation you can just give some idea or guidelines which will show how mature and modest you are. Some times when you say something like this without any purpose to against anyone but some people would interpret it as a provoking words that will destroy your image and the such words can make your colleague misunderstand you and your boss be angry and change your position in the company.
Why you … when you blame others for their incapability you should review yourself to see whether you have made mistakes or what you have done .Sometimes forgiving can lead people to cheer up and make more progressive. For when you just question the reason for failure the answers to your question may the some uncertainty. So more questions like why I can’t do the cooperative work well or what can I do for them may facilitate the settlement of the problems.
I blame you as I was blamed by my superior person: as a manager ,the role you play in the company is the connective function like a bridge other than just the exchange the information. For you role ,you should be loyal to your upper lever while try your best to encourage and simulate your lower lever people . Only you can undertake the responsibility and handle the pressure well as well as release the pressure on your stuff and create a harmonious working environment can you be a competent manager.
I have nothing to do with it .The way to measure the capability of a manager is based on the capability to solve the problem. If you excuse on the objective reasons other then face the challenge with a positive attitude and make best use of the available resource , you can only indicate that your incapability and disappoint your manager and your stuff . what you should do is believe the solution to issue is always more than the difficulties that you will encounter and the wisdom of the group will conquer any obstacle ahead.
My words is the rule while I say no possible that means no chance anymore. The self-oriented words without reasonable explanation can’t convince others . it will fail and even deteriorate the matters if you try to solve the problem without considering the fact and a deliberative attitude .when you take others opinion into account you should refer this ,even the inappropriate opinion in a changing the wrong doing and encouraging the right doing way . It is the good nature and personality for a manager when he can keep a cool mind and clear thinking , in this way he can speak out all the idea in his mind to be referred by others and will not be upset by the non-application of his suggestion.
Anytime I remain the finial decision-making power: those powerful words may make others feel uncomfortable , i.e. you may overestimate your importance . how powerful you are that give the rise to your thought that you can decide anything. Behave in such way can only degrade your image and cause the complaint of others , and the power of such accumulative complaint can be powerful enough to defeat you . so it is wise to be kind with others and pay respect to others while this is also a way to gain the respect for yourself.
You are so silly. Those ironical ,discouraged words can hurt the feeling and esteem of your stuff. It is said the greatest sad is the heartless. In that case , the stuff just follow your direction and finish the job without passion for they cant get the contentment from lob which lead to the poor quality of the work.. At the same time , in the long run those words can destroy the stuff’s self esteem. Confidence and intelligence which can make them develop a pessimistic attitude and pay little attention to their work quality ,all of these can be harmful to the worker , manager and the whole company.
Sorry I can’t do it ,please ask someone else who can do it .if you realize your limitation in ability it is better for you to keep study and full yourself which can imply that you are kind of person who are progressive and have a better understanding of yourself . Actually this is the lucky things for you .But take this as a excuse for against your job or make fun at others in order to conceal your own nervousness and unwillingness to the challenge , in the case like this ,you may have lost the capability and nature to be a manager , in other words ,you are no longer competent to be a manager.
All well done or that is fine. The praise like this can be lack of sincerity and cant works to encourage personal or the whole group, for no one will prefer the non –meaningful, heartless compliment. So the praise should by timeliness, appropriate with the concrete content which can properly reflect the personality of the people who are worth those praises. The faked praise which the compliment is beyond the truth or just faked without truth can disappoint other people , in other word behavior like this can lose the trust of the stuff ,so to avoid this , the manager should know when and how to praise which can be an art for the managers.
