It seems like an ages ago when Gregg Gillis was a biomedical engineer moonlighting as a mixmaster. Over the last year and a half, the success of Night Ripper turned Gillis's marathon weekend shows (and tired Monday mornings) into a full-time position as the indie realm's preeminent mashup artiste. Yesterday Night Ripper's followup Feed The Animals was made available for download, and judging from the comments, it seems like a bunch of you did, indeed, download and, more importantly, enjoy it. The response was so overwhelmingly positive, we thought it would be fun (and celebratory) to drop Gregg Gillis a line asking him about Feed The Animals' first day.
