If you are in the Myrtle Beach area, you could meet Cody Linley or Demi Lovato! The Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the start of summer with the 57th annual Sun Fun Festival. They have added a major addition to the festival - a lot of celebrities and musicians who will be present throughout the five-day event. Included in the list of celebs, are Hannah Montana’s Cody Linley and Camp Rock’s Demi Lovato!
“I’m looking forward to coming to Myrtle Beach because I’ve never been there, and I like to see new places and meeting new people, so I’m looking forward to having a good time there and meeting all the fans of the show in South Carolina,” Linley said.
“My life has changed so much from being on ‘Hannah Montana.’ It just took my career to another level, and it’s been so crazy because there are so many fans of the show, and it’s such a phenomenon, and it’s really cool to be a part of it.”
Demi Lovato, whose stardom is shooting through the roof as we speak because of projects like Camp Rock, Princess Protection Program, Welcome to Mollywood and touring with the Jonas Brothers, is looking forward to performing at the festival.
“I’m really looking forward to doing the singing. When you perform, you still have a connection with the fans and get to sing to them and with them, but when you meet them it’s very different. You get to shake their hand and meet the people you wouldn’t be anywhere without,” she said.
I wonder how weird it will be if they run into each other? They used to date you know! Hopefully they broke up on good terms. :D
