Ok here goes. We are looking for a laid back easy going male to join our fun aussie share house. At the moment there are 5 chicks to 2 boys who are desperate for another male to even it out Room is spacious with a double bed own fireplace (which has honestly never been used) has a cupboard set of draws. House itself is one of the best in London (for sure It has 6 bedrooms a bathroom 2 toilets. Kitchen is spacious New Backyard is Huge. great for parties Bbq s etc. We also have a phone wireless Housemates include 4 aussie chicks 1 pom 2 males who are chilled during the week but can be a rowdy bunch on the weekends Room is £441 per month which includes council tax but not bills (which rarely amount to more than £30 a month) Bond is £550 Room itself is available til July (at least) possibly longer but after that there will still be another Huge room available in our house so either way we are looking for a permanant housemate House is literally just off Fulham Palace rd. Closest tube station is either Hammersmith (15 min walk) or Putney Fulham Broadway (both 20 mins) but if like most of the house you are too lazy too walk we have a bus stop (with 24hr buses) 30sec walk from our front door ignore the map we are not at fulham broadway) We have one condition only You Must Speak English If you are interested we are having viewings this Wed 7th from 7pm onwards pls call Mel to organise a time.
