Again, late! Sorry - but we got our first set of visitors (my mom + new BF) and we tried to be good hosts - so that kept us very busy. But the most exciting thing of last week was that I finally ordered a Digital SLR Camera and received it on Friday! Yeah!
This month I am going for a photo job to Barcelona and I convinced the company who hired me to contribute some money towards a digital camera instead of paying for film and development. They said yes and on top of that I found an awesome deal.
So I decided to go with the Sigma SD-14:

The camera does make me nervous - just the thought of a totally new way of taking and developing pictures. A new format - I am not the biggest fan of 35mm but I can always crop!
My first motive of course - our doggy Chucky:
Aww - they are not totally sharp but I had the AF set just to measure towards the bottom of the image. Oh well, learned something new.
