The State ministries mentioned above established the innovation pilot enterprises, aiming to implement the spirit of the Party’s 17th National Congress and the conference on economy, guide and support innovative elements, guide the enterprises to take the road of innovation and development to accelerate enterprise-centered and market-oriented innovation system. so as to provide strong support for building an innovation-oriented country. Enterprises included in the list totaled 184, including six in Shanghai. All have key technology and independent intellectual property rights with continuous innovative ability, independent brands. All can gain high profits at high management level as well as an innovative strategy of development and corporate culture.
