This is a large bright front room in a slightly scruffy but nice quiet ground floor converted Victorian terrace flat. There is a bed but it would be preferable if you had at least some furniture of your own. There is also a lounge kitchen shower room and separate Wc cellar and garden. Night storage heating. Plenty of room for parking cars and bikes and plenty of scope for gardening I have been here nearly 3 years and love it Stokey is a great place full of bars restaurants cafes and alternative venues you have multiple green spaces within walking distance (Springfield Park Lea Valley Clissold Park Abney Park Stoke Newington Common Clapton Common and buses go everywhere from here. As for me I am a 27 year old female grad student I have a female partner who lives nearby and visits often also a very friendly 18 month old cat. Im looking for someone chilled not obsessively house-proud but not a total slob either whod like to have the occasional meal drink in front of the Tv together.
