We have a beautiful room in a beautiful house in Leytonstone. I am moving out on the 5th June and would like someone to replace me around that date. Its 5mins walk to Leytonstone station (Central Line zone 3) The room has a king sized bed and is bright and airy. The house is fully furnished and has an open-planned kitchen dining room area and a nice garden with a deck for bbqs. We are having unlimited broadband internet installed too. The rent is 325 pounds per month excluding bills and counil tax but with bills and council tax it comes to around 390-400 pounds-which is very reasonable considering the state of the house. Leytonstone town centre is 5mins walk away and there are some local shops 1min walk away. You will have to pay 325 pounds deposit and 325 pounds rent. You will be living with 4 other and we prefer a girl for balance as there are already 3 guys but only 1 girl. The others are friendly and social.
