What is happiness? Every one has his or her own answer. Many people pursue blindly all their lives, although they own wealth and statue, they are not happy at all. Generally speaking, people will be happy after they get something, and I will teach how to get something happily.
Firstly, know the elements that influence the psychology.

I suggest you to have deep breathing everyday morning and do setting-up exercises, which can bring you the highest mood by changing the body language.

To change the inner attention can bring out the change of body language and vice verser.
And the way to control the inner attention is to think positively.

The defenition of thinking actively refers to no matter what happens, think about the brightness side. Everything has at least two sides, the positive and the negative. The question is : how to think positively?
The key is to pay attention to what your want rather than what you are feared. As soon as a person faces with a problem, it is common of that person to pay most attention on what he does not want and only very few on the nature of the problem.

The belief and the steps of asking a question are as follow:
Belief: The occureness of any question has its own purpose and that can somehow help me.
Question 1: What advantages do these situations bring to me?
Question 2: What is not perfect in the current situation?
Question 3: What do I want to do now to reach the desired goal?
Question 4: What shouldn't I do now to reach the desired goal?
Question 5: How to enjoy the process while doing the work?
Taking the growth of acne as a example:
Belief: The occureness of any question has its own purpose and that can somehow help me.
Answer 1: Elimination of toxic.
Answer 2: The skin will be better and that brings more confident.
Answer 3: Have more fruit and sleep.
Answer 4: Go to buy some fruit and do more exercise.
The problem is solved at once, pay your attention on the result rather than the problem itself. The easy way to learn how to ask question is to be in a good mood everyday, such as love, pasion, belief, health, success, excellence, happiness, contribution, warm, action and so on.
The psychology finds that subconciouse can not tell apart the true or false. If you consistently take in the needed information, it will come true. If you continuesly read the above twelve wanted moods everyday you get up, it will make the difference unconciously. Afer 21 to 30 days you will develop your own habit, and that kind of feeling will occur in your subconcious and which brings you a good mood everyday.
So, I suggest you list the twelve thing you want the most, with the above steps, and it is easy of you to be happy everyday.
