Let’s say Kate Beckinsale finally returned my calls. Then, let’s say we actually got together, really hit it off, and decided to have a child. What might that child look like? MakeMeBabies.com has the answer. The service allows you to upload your own picture and then select the celebrity with which you would like to make a baby, and then generates a picture of what it will look like. On the right, I present you Adam + Kate, or “Adate” as the tabloids like to call him.

Definitely looks more like the mother. In any event, you can also upload two pictures – one of you and one of a friend or real partner – to determine if genetics are working in your favor. To make this process a bit easier, MakeMeBabies has applications on both Facebook and MySpace so you can pull in your friends on the social networks to make (potential) babies. These applications could be quite viral – at least while there is still some novelty to them.
