There is a communal outdoor area as well we have our own shed. The flat is well situated just off Fulham Rd on the quiet Dancer Rd which has lots of bars restaurants Fulham Rd has good bus links as well. Few minute walk to Parsons Green tube there s a Tesco local just round the corner to us very handy It s £800 a month that includes everything electricity gas water Tv licence Council Tax (which is allot for the area) we pay for a land line also so you can have incoming calls you will also have free internet connection as we pay broadband every month. We would also ask for a £400 deposit. Again we re just a normal couple trustworthy clean friendly therefore would like to live with like minded people that s all we ask this room would be well suited to a couple.
