This is a 3 story house with two large bedrooms and a study third small bedroom. It is to be shared with one other professional who likes to travel play music have a glass of wine but mostly to have fun. Becuase I travel a great deal I see my home as a sanctuary and would love someone who is like minded to share with. The stand alone cottage is within a gated area with secure access to the property and to the house with an electronic alarm system and is only a 3-4 min walk to the zone 2 tube station. It has just been repainted and the bathrooms and kitchen appliances refreshed the house really looks great The room to let has a large double bed with full furnishings including a tv desk and wardrobe. With primary access to the largest full bathroom downstairs This will sometimes be used by guests but is really your own) The house also has a lovely outdoor area with a large courtyard that is fully fenced in great for the summer and bar b qs. If you are a couple there is the option to take the master bedroom with the ensuite this will be a slightly higher price but I am happy to discuss with you.
