
French is famous as the dainty eaters. In France, the lunch and dinner is very rich.
Generally, the lunch include cold cuts, also called appetizers, and Main Course. The appetizer usually is smoked meat, with olives, fruits and all kinds of lettuce as side dishes. Among most of appetizers, there is bread, sometimes with the cold dish sauce (steeping the mustard relish in the sauce with the egg yolks, olive oil, sauces and spices), and there is also crepe, in which we can wrap some seafood and butter sauce, and so, crepe and all kinds of gravy are made to be eaten together.
Main Course mainly is meat, such as steak, such as black pepper steak, fried chicken drum, lamb chops, veal, fish steaks, and assorted seafood. General speaking, in France, Main Course is seafood every Friday, with various vegetables, potatoes, a little pasta and red wine sauce with thick gravy and little spices mixed together as side dishes, which will be delicious and nice. Of course, adding a dessert and a cup of tea or coffee is also another good choice.
In addition to the soup dinners replacing the cold cuts, the Main Course is almost simile to the lunch, and so, soup is an essential part of French dinner.
Among many French soup, the bouillon, French onion soup, vegetable, butter soup and chowder are the most famous ones. These soups should be allocated two or three of the toast with food coloring.
The dessert of dinner is much richer than that of lunch, such as Mousse, Sonffle. Moreover, table wine and beverage are also an important part of French dinner. In France, order includes Meun and A. LaCarte, and Meun contain Lunchste and Dinnerset.

It seems to us that France is a phantom of romance and grade. On remembering France, we can’t help thinking of the ladies and gentlemen on the Avenue des Champs Elysees, who are impeccably dressed, the dim light on the bank of the Seine River, and the romantic love among people standing on the new bridge… of course, what’s more, including French cuisine that as an art.
