A new restaurant has opened in Portland, Oregon called Lucier. It’s located just south of downtown Portland, next to the Willamette River. The owners reportedly spent $4 million in creating this riverfront fine dining icon of the Northwest. The building was designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the interiors were done by Alvarez + Brock Design.
