Ugandan National Cuisine: Banana Rice
The African Ugandan always serve their guests with bananas. After guests coming in a house, they are served by a cup of delicious banana juice, and then some banana pastries that roasted to yellow. Their main food is a type of banana rice called “Matoki”, which is made by a kind of non-sweet banana variety as the raw material, and then peels off the banana skins and smashes to mud, and mixes red-beam juice, peanut butt, braising chicken, curry beef after steaming. People whoever have had “Matoki” praise it as the “the most delicious rice in the world” universally, and therefore it becomes the Ugandan national cuisine. The national drink of Uganda is fermented and engendered with banana and sorghum, which is sweet and mellow. When having a banquet, it puts the wine jar on the table, which inserts a one-meter grass pipe above the top of the jar so that guests and hosts could suck the pipe and inhale the wine directly.

Japanese National Cuisine: Sashimi

Brazilian National Cuisine: Roast Beef
