You've probably seen the jokes where someone is trying to figure out what a wall switch controls. Meanwhile somewhere a light is flipping on and off, peeving someone. Someone flipped a switch somewhere this afternoon, and VS won't print from my web app anymore. I just get a "Error in "/" application" message in a 2 inch box that should be the printer dialog. Of course I can't scroll it or expand it to see what the hell the error is.... So I am reduced to reinstalling VS in hopes of fixing it. I already tried installing crystal runtimes, copying files from a mate's pc, and a system restore. Peachy. The install barfed 2/3 through. Hands up. Bail. Goneski. Stopped some processes. Tried again. Barf. 4:30 now. My turn to bail. Guess my next step is to uninstall completely.
