If you haven’t heard of JayMay yet, then listen up: She’s from New York and she’s been taking the local singer/songwriter scene by storm. Her new album, Autumn Fallin’, is a beautiful swirl of lilting vocals and soft guitar. She’s a little bit of jazz, a little bit of folk, a little bit of rock, and altogether wonderful. Her lyrics are so straightforward and real–no complicated metaphors to decipher–it almost seems like she might be reading your diary.
