Tidying your hair is one of the indispensable daily rituals for keeping nice hair, it can also remove dandruff and dirt from your head and hair, and moderately stimulate your scalp.
Gently massage your ear helices for a minute: Gently massage your helices with fingers of both hands until they are comfortably hot. Because all acupuncture points exists on the ears, doing so can dredge body meridians, prevent and cure syrigmus, dizziness and forgetfulness.
