I have two or three web browsers on my desktop. Initially, I use three now I am down to two. The latest one I am using is Flock. With a tagline The Social Web Browser you would think that is solely made for use with Facebook, Twitter and all the other social media network. But it is much more:
Flock is focused on fundamentally evolving the browser, bringing a refreshing new approach to how people use and participate on the web and simplifying social and web-based applications by bringing them one step closer to the user and integrating them directly into the browser.
When using Flock, people can easily discover, access, create and share videos, photos, blogs, feeds and comments across social communities, media providers, and popular websites.[Source]
The Feed Reader is integrated within the browser and when activated appears on the side bar. You can add a feed as you read a blog by clocking on the RSS button on the browser, not the web page, the name of the feed appears and by clicking on it the feed is added and can be seen at the side bar. The punter can read the feeds as (i) headline, (ii) excerpt, (iii) full text, (iv) single column and(v) two columns.
Full text seems to be a misnomer of sorts since you still see the more buttons and links.Otherwise, It seems to be a pretty competent and refreshing reader. And it does not hurts that you can access through the different side bars nearly social media applications like Facebook and Twitter.
And you can download and install on Windows, Mac and Linux.
