HD Video with the Kodak M1033

On the trip to the US we bought the Kodak M1033 for a really awesome price. The main we bought was the .. price and the fact that the camera shoots HD videos.

Not sure if I did everything right but the original file which is in .mov looks much better than the video I had to convert in to avi since .mov files are not that easy to edit when you own a PC.

I used Pazera to convert and uploaded the video in HD to Vimeo and this is the result.

Is this HD? I think the detail is kind of lost. What am I doing wrong?

Overall I am very happy with the camera. It’s a little slow with skipping through pictures and battery life could be better. Tomorrow or so I will post some pics I took with it and some more information on the camera.
