1. Inhale slowly and exhale quickly
“This is not only means that you should control smoking and prevent asthma,” Rebernis says,” any factor affecting to breath will have negative impacts on health and life-span. And the breath will also affect some other physiological functions of the body, such as blood pressure, heart rate, blood circulation, body temperature and so on.
Rebernis believes that the first step to learn breathe is to slacken the abdominal muscles. The most important thing is to give yourself enough time to exhale the internal air in a proper way after slackening the abdominal muscles. For example, you should try to make the length of inhalation is two times of exhalation.
2. Learn to add meals
Studies have shown that no awful dinner is very important for keeping fit. Therefore, you should learn to add meals.
Firstly, you must have a clear sense of the state of hunger, having a simple meal for every two or three hours. If eat out, eat half of the food then take the rest back home as late night snack.
Secondly, you must have more fishes, and choose those with smaller size, such as wild or organic salmon, fresh sardine and so on.
Thirdly, don’t forget the food rich in cellulose. Rebernis recommends you should eat 25 grams of cellulose food, such as whole wheat, whole oat, and rough rice and so on. Other food rich in cellulose also include beans, nuts, fruits and so in.
Finally, you should supply composite vitamin every day, particularly vitamin D. Besides, resveratrol in the wine and red wine as well fish oil are all important to health.
3. Sleep on time
Many people have a rooted view that eight hours of sleep a day is the best towards health. However, Rebernis says it is not entirely right as the quality of sleep has a distinction of good and bad.
If you need alarm clock to help you get up; you need to nap during daytime; you would fall asleep or dozing when reading or watching movie; this may show that you have a low-quality sleep.
At this time, Rebernis suggests you to choose meditation, yoga and some other respiratory sports to help sleep. Meanwhile, you should maintain the sleep environment dark and quiet. Remember that you should be aware of your physical condition carefully. When the body gives a signal of rest, you must go to bed right now.
4. Dance with music
“Our body will benefit more in the movement with rhythm than free movement.” Rebernis says,” When our bodies dance with music, our heart rate and breath will be unified in the beautiful rhythm.
However, you don’t need to take part in a dance class in order to achieve this goal. It is quite a simple thing to integrate dance into life naturally. For instance, you can take exercise with music, or twist your body with music in the bedroom. And you should dance like this at least twice a week.
5. Emotion exchange
Men are social animals, so we need to keep contact and exchange with the society. This exchange includes communicating with friends as well as families.
Rebernis says, the most important thing is to learn how to express you own feeling and tell who around you that you love them. At the same time, you should subscribe a magazine on love. When you are sad, open this magazine then you will feel things are become well, and pressure will also go away.
