The house is a Aussie Kiwi houseshare with a washing machine bathroom two toilets big backyard street parking pay tv and wireless internet. I am moving out of my room as I m heading back to Oz but this has been the best house to live in. Weeknights we love to sit around and watch tv together and hang out. Come the weekend we love to party go out together travel together and be the family away from home. Great bunch of girls and guys who are in a similar mindset of being here for a good time not a long time The house is about a five min walk to Wembley Park station (Metropolitan Jubilee lines) Night buses Asda pubs restaurants Wembley Stadium and parks. What more could you want The rent is £250 a month. Bond is £230 payable on acceptance of the room and paid back when moving out and finding someone to take the room. There is no minimum or maximum contract to sign. When you want to move out you just find someone to take your room and that s that ) Simple We also pay £15 a week towards a shopping cooking kitty. This gets you meals cooked from Sun Thurs and includes breakfast items (cereals bread etc) bathroom products and cleaning products etc. We have a roster for cleaning cooking shopping and the dishes. So far works like clock work and makes sure that everyone pulls their weight around the house.
