Experimenting with bright eye shadows can be a pain. First, you’re spending money, and then you aren’t sure how this “experiment” is going to turn out. I’ve found a way to try the trend without the hassle. Bright eyeliner! To transition from your typical dark brown or black liner, ease your way by trying navy, or eggplant. After you’re comfortable with this, you can experiment with teal, purple, and blue. I’m loving Sephora Slim Pencils because they’re inexpensive and come in tons of colors.
