A leadership team of the environmental protection supervision should come into existence , with the project manager as its team leader , “environmental protection execution plan” should be worked out, a certain number of devices for environmental protection and two related expert technicians should be allocated, knowledge of environmental protection is needed to be learned earnestly and daily, environmental protection work must be done well in order to put the guideline of the environmental protection into the economic obligation of each work unit and individual. During the project construction, the principle “Giving priority to prevention , Taking protection foremost, and Paying equal attention to both construction and protection ” should be obeyed as a rule. Environmental protection indicates that the existing devices and sites related should be protected , etc.
