clean newly refurbished first floor flat we have all facilities available washing machine tumble dryer oven microwave etc. gas and electric are on a meter normally bout £20 on each over winter and less during the summer council tax is £11 each and phone line is about £12 each water is paid by the landlord. we have a shared garden. there are three bathrooms (yes thats one each were directly inbetween bounds green and arnos grove (which are both on the picadilly line) about 5mins walk to each. Right what we want is young people to move in with us we dont want any families or older adults (if your old enough to be my Mum or Dad its a definete No we are a young couple both aged 22. there are two rooms available one is unsuite. both our flatmates who are boys are heading off to ibiza for six months in an ambulance (dont ask male or female we arent fussy. were here during the evenings in the week and on weekends for viewings. This really is a lovely flat and definetly worth a look. so please give us a call and come and see it
