Hello I have two double rooms available in a 3 bed flat share in Stoke Newington from the weekend of the 2nd 3rd August. The flat is in a great location minutes from Church Street and Clissold Park is well connected with bus routes into (and out of) town and is a very short bus ride away from Manor House tube station (or a 15 min walk My two flatmates are moving out at the end of our current lease (one to intern in the Us and one to move in with his gf I love the area (and flat) and wanted to stay on so have taken out another 6 month (at least) lease so initially the rooms are available for a 6 month let though if it all worked out it could easily be extended. Im a 29 year old female lawyer independent busy sporty friendly and easy going. The main qualities Im looking for in flatmates would be that you are friendly and laid back with a healthy respect for others. The letting agents have asked that I find people in permanent employment and will run a credit references check (costing £60) if youre interested in the room(s) but besides those points I dont really mind who I share with. Ill mention that Im gay simply so its obvious that the flatshare is gay-friendly (male or female) but Im not specifically necessarily looking for a gay flatshare. The details of the rooms are 1 x small medium sized double room rent is £534 per month (about £123 per week 1 x small double room rent is £469 per month (about £108 per week gumtree wouldnt let me put both rates in the title) Rent is exclusive of council tax (about £33 per month) and bills (which vary but arent high Ill be honest and say that the smaller of the two rooms is particularly cosy but its a pleasant flat and the living room is very large A little unfortunately re timing I am actually on holiday between 20th June and 7th July but if youd like to see the rooms during that period then my flatmates Nick (07946599548) and Phil (07799478777) have very kindly offered to try and be around to show you round.
