Why it might be a killer
efRENTier is a great idea because there are many people who have items that they never use and there are lots of people who need items for a short period of time. It is nice that users can search by location because location is a key factor when renting. The description of the items is very thorough and contains all of the information a user could request. The University section will become very popular because students are in a transitional period of their life and are moving around a great deal. efRENTier is easy to use and will be attractive for a diverse crowd of people.

Hopefully more Universities will get involved because Universities have a great community and opportunity to use this service.
