A.the best temperature for Drinking
red wine--room temperature, about 18 ℃
common red wine should be opened 1 or 2 hours before drinking, let the wine have a breath, and this is called "sober up". For those more valued wines, we generally freeze them for about 1 hour.
white wine--about 10 to 12 ℃
