Looking for a friendly organized person. Looking for someone with a good sense of humor and is clean and tidy person to join two other sharers with considerate manners. We have a nice friendly house where we have a kitty of £5pcm to share the house hold cleaning stuff. We also share the the tea and coffee. We have a cleaning rosta so we all get to do the scrub down. There may be off road parking to the right person. The house has broadband and virgin box as well as a landline. all bills are split evenly.
