What it does

AbsoluteStockPhoto.com is a stock photography agency that sells both royalty-free and rights-managed photography. Buyers are able to instantly download images after purchase. They offer low resolution and high resolution images and license packages include a unique "one time use" offering in addition to the standard royalty-free and rights-managed license structures. Photographers apply to become a contributor and once approved they are able to upload as many or as few images as they choose to be sold to the general public. There is no fee to the photographer until they sell an image and then a commission is taken to cover marketing and administrative costs. They offer a unique structure of organizing images for their photographers which is based on the coppermine photo gallery. This allows for user controlled albums.
