The court ruled that there will be no change to Britne Spears' current visitation to her two children on Monday.
In other words, she gets NO visitation.
"This ruling is a result exclusively of what Commisioner Gordon heard and had before him at the end of the court day," a court officer said at a press conference Monday afternoon.
There is another court hearing scheduled for February 19th.
Until then, there is a possibility that Britney could see her kids if her lawyers ask for an emergency hearing before the 19th and a change is made to visitation at that time.
The court officer expressed displeasure with Spears' lack of communication with the sheriff's department.
"The word victory is not something that Mister Federline nor his counsel would ascribe to the result of the court ruling today," said K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan at the press conference.
He added, "There is no jouyoys feeling tin this this is grave situation for everyone. At some point, it is Mister Federline's hope to parent the minor children with particiation from the mother."
Five witnesses testified on Monday. They included two LAPD officers, parenting coach Lisa Hacker, court-appointed monitor Pamela Strong, who was present during Spears' meltdown this month, and Lonnie Jones, Brit Brit's former bodyguard.
Britney was not required to be at court on Monday. She showed up but left without entering the courtroom.
If she cared for her kids, she probably would have shown up and done what her lawyers advises!!!
Thankfully the court made the right decision on Monday.
