The development of the informationization of hospitals show that only if the the personnel structure and knowledge structure adapt to the development of the information society, the informationization and modernization of hospitals are promised to realize. China's medical and health information needs tens of thousands of compound talents who both know things in the fields of medical care and have speciality in IT technology. To solve the problem of information-based talents, we must not only rely on good policies and retain the talents but also cultivate talents through formal education channels. In addition to that, we must use corporate training on medical information technology in medical industry through every forms.
