The room is beautiful huge and bright (16ft x 15ft) in a lovely 1st floor spacious flat to share with me I m friendly easy going clean tidy F in my 30 s. I don t own the flat but it s very homely. I m looking for someone with who I get on very well someone who wants a home and who is not a lodger The flat is really secure and safe with space for a bike. It overlooks a fantastic square and comes off a main road where there are lots of buses to all parts of London. There s a supermarket at the end of the road which is really handy. The room has a luxury king size bed built in shelves free standing wardrobe. It s really quiet and overlooks a beautiful large landscaped communal garden. Fantastic for Bbq s in the summer with friends and just chilling out. I can send photo s. The lounge is lovely (16ft x 13ft) with large floor to ceiling windows huge comfy sofa and strip floors. It has a working original fireplace. There s a Tv and Dvd player. There s a great dinning kitchen with all mod cons including new dishwasher. There s a wooden dinning table and 6 chairs. Great for dinner parties. Separate bathroom and toilet. It s a great location 2 min walk to Mare Street where there s lots of shops Tesco s M&S Hackney Empire. 10 minute walk to Broadway Market. The transport links are excellent to the West End City London Bridge and most parts of North London. Few minutes walk to the Over Ground Hackney Central and Hackney Downs.
