Fill the scene with colour and detail. See the sights; smell the fragrances; hear the running water, the birdsong and the waves crashing on the rocks.
Step Five: Back to Reality
When you have created your ideal holiday spot, you can gently return to reality and know that just by closing your eyes you can return at any time.
