Either a couple or two male sharers (again to keep girl guy ratio the same in the house) Room could easily fit another single bed in it. There are two bonds tied up in this room so bond would be £430 per person so £860 in total. Rent would be £620 for the room per month including bills. General Info It is a great size house 4 levels 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a third toilet. Great little backyard for Bbq s. Only 300m to Barons Court tube station. Close to shops and a few min walk to Fulham Palace Rd. Less than a 10 min walk to Hammersmith shops tube. House is shared between aussie and kiwi s in their mid twenties so ideal for people similar age. House is pretty sociable so don t email if you don t enjoy a good laugh and a few drinks now and then.
