How to cope with personal relationships successfully helps a lot in developing a person's career. The cooperation between the colleagues also benefits he completion of a company's system.

The businesses are always promoted directly by a harmonious working environment, firm friendship between employees, and a united team. The key of the success also lies in whether a person can  deal with relationship with his colleagues, work friendly together, and be welcomed by everyone. To be aware of what kind of people you are, you have to correct your shortcomings actively and establish a relationship with your colleagues.

First, Cooperation and Share:

Try your best to share your opions with others and accept others' advices. Doing this can help you to win others' appreciation and support. Then it will be possible for you start your plan of work.

Second, Smile:

Always smiles happily to others, no matter he is a cleaner, intern student during summer vacation or your general manager, and you will win favor of everyone in your firm. Give your colleagues some pills when he or she catches cold. Bring afternoon tea for your co-workers when pass by cake shops. These are all very easy, so why not do them? Being kind to others will lead to other's assistance. Then you will never be pushed out by your colleagues in your company.

Fourth, never build charmed circle:

Keeping good relationships with every colleague, avoid to be attributed in a certain charmed circle. Being a member of a charmed circle will shrink your relationship net unconsciously and this really harms you. Do your best to work with different people. Never being engaged into political fights in office or telling tales will help you to win other's confidence and admiration naturally.

Fifth, hold your principles instead of being stubborn:

Seventh, never being too strict.

Maybe your aim of being strict is only to finish your assignment perfectly. However, it is a signal that you are a mean person. If you even not greet your colleagues when you meet them, and the only communication between you and your colleagues is participating meeting or reporting your work, how can you win other's favor?
