Why it might be a killer
CiviCRM has an attractive interface. The site is easy to navigate and contains useful information the features. The four Civi components are very useful. It is great that you can have all of the useful functions such as mass emails and sending out newsletters. The donation and fundraising application is very important especially for non profits. Fundraising is a key element to a non profits success and survival. The testimonial section of the site is a great way to promote the application and give examples of what types of organizations use the system.
Some questions
There are many management application available, how will CiviCRM deal with competition from similar applications? A video tour of the application would be a useful addition to the site and would give users a sense of how the application is set up and can be used.
